Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- Friends of Tehachapi Troop 3 INC was able to raise enough funds to enhance the scouting program of Scouting America Troop 3 in Tehachapi, CA. These funds were used to purchase new tents for the troop, replacement cooking utensils, and repair the troop trailer. Additionally, these funds helped pay for campsite fees for the troop, rock-climbing instructor and equipment fees needed for the Rock Climbing merit badge, and replenish a "Scoutership" (scholarship) fund used to help cover membership fees for scouts from families facing financial hardship. Troop 3 has 33 youth members that have benefited in enhanced outdoor skill building and leadership activities as a result of these contributions.
