BSG nourished leaders across Outposts of Eden by providing bi-weekly apprenticeship resources aligned with its podcast, publishing 26 episodes, and fostering relationships with dozens of leaders worldwide. BSG led a mens week for 45 leaders and staff, supported men in hosting local Becoming a King retreats, leading small group experiences, co-led a large mens retreat in CO in partnership with Wild at Heart, and hosted multiple leadership intensives as well as a womens retreat. Additional accomplishments included strategic planning for future events, establishing The Grove 2026 initiative, and providing ongoing spiritual direction, counseling, prayer, and care to its constituency. These achievements were accomplished without paid employees, relying on volunteer leadership, parttime contractors, and significant inkind donations, maximizing donor resources.
