Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (1)
- $116,203 spent. Canal Market Co., used all of its funds to construct a farmer's market at our property at 815 E. Thomas Ave. This included grading the site, adding new PGE pole and electrical service, concrete pads to park food trucks, site lighting, shed, port a potty, electrical pedestals, water hook-up and spigots, new wrought iron fencing, bollard and wire fence along canal, sidewalk walkway, demo and reconstruct drive approach, back flow preventer, picnic tables, irrigation and planting. Construction is complete but City of Fresno still reviewing/inspecting as of end of 2025, so no people/customers benefited as not yet open.
