Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- DURING ITS INITIAL EIGHT MONTHS OF OPERATIONS, THE JOHN BELL FOUNDATION COMPLETED EIGHT MISSION-DRIVEN INITIATIVES FOCUSED ON COMMUNITY SUPPORT, EDUCATION, AND OUTREACH, SERVING APPROXIMATELY 2,400 INDIVIDUALS THROUGH DIRECT SERVICE PROJECTS, RESOURCE DISTRIBUTION, AND COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES INCLUDED COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECTS, SUCH AS BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLY DISTRIBUTIONS, HOLIDAY MEAL SUPPORT FOR LOCAL FAMILIES, SUPPLIES FOR CHILDREN IN AFRICA, AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS BENEFITING LOCAL SCHOOLS AND SHARED SPACES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDED OUTREACH TO FAMILIES AND SUPPORTED VULNERABLE POPULATIONS, INCLUDING VETERANS, THROUGH TARGETED ASSISTANCE EFFORTS. A KEY PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENT WAS THE DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF A THERAPEUTIC GREENHOUSE AT THE ALEXANDER NININGER VETERANS NURSING HOME. THIS PROJECT PROVIDES AN ONGOING SPACE THAT SUPPORTS MENTAL WELLNESS, RECREATION, AND SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT FOR RESIDENT VETERANS. WHILE THE FOUNDATION TRACKS OUTPUTS SUCH AS INDIVIDUALS SERVED AND PROJECTS COMPLETED, IT ALSO EMPHASIZES OUTCOMES THAT ARE NOT EASILY QUANTIFIABLE, INCLUDING STRENGTHENED COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, INCREASED ACCESS TO SUPPORTIVE RESOURCES, AND IMPROVED WELLBEING AMONG PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, THE JOHN BELL FOUNDATION CONTINUED TO ADVANCE ITS MISSION OF SERVING AND UPLIFTING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT.
