Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. Village Collective programming provides wrap-around services focused on workforce training completion, career launch, gaining self-sufficiency skills and financial independence. Participants in this program (Fellows) benefit from the following while pursuing career training and launching into their career: Connection to preprofessional programs and employment opportunities; Supportive and affordable housing; Reliable transportation; Soft skills training; Individualized coaching and case management; and Sense of belonging and participation in an intentional community. Through these services, each Fellow is surrounded by a "village" that supports them in attaining career and life success. Furthermore, while living in Village Collective housing, Fellows earn financial contributions to a "launch fund" by meeting program requirements and benchmarks that are transferred to each Fellow upon successful program completion. These funds can then be leveraged to support their career and independent living launch. Within 36 months of admission, successful graduates will have attained a degree or professional certification, will be working in a professional, skilled job and will have accrued equity sufficient to secure their own stable housing and reliable transportation by the age of 25
