Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- In 2024, the organization launched several initiatives to build community, provide emotional and spiritual support, and offer faith-based encouragement to its members. We created and maintained a private Facebook group designed to provide daily encouragement, prayer support, and space for transparent conversations among moms serving in ministry. The group quickly grew in participation and served as a consistent virtual gathering place where women could connect and share their experiences. Moms in Ministry also produced and published a podcast series available on multiple platforms. The podcast featured conversations around the realities of balancing motherhood and ministry, navigating spiritual burnout, maintaining faith during personal struggles, and building resilience in leadership. Episodes included guest speakers, devotionals, and practical tools, reaching women across various regions. In addition to virtual outreach, we hosted in-person gatherings to deepen relationships and foster community. These included an in-home Bible study and worship night that offered a peaceful, Spirit-led environment for women to engage in scripture and worship together. We also held a Park Day, inviting moms and their children to enjoy a relaxed, family-centered fellowship opportunity. Another key event was a themed brunch, created to nourish both the physical and spiritual well-being of attendees, providing space for open dialogue, laughter, and mutual encouragement. Throughout these efforts, women consistently reported feeling more connected, seen, and spiritually refreshed. Moms in Ministry provided a unique space for mothers in ministry to share openly about the joys and challenges they face while receiving the support and encouragement needed to continue walking confidently in their calling.
