Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $2,600 spent. We accomplished getting out the Fire Safe information on Herald Day. We accomplished one grant-paid community breakfasts in the summer of 2025 serving about 50 attendees discussing how to improve fire hardening around homes and public spaces. Experts attended included fireman women local & state representatives interested in the topic. We do not give monies to political campaigns nor compensation for sharing fire information at our events. The second community breakfast was in the fall and well attended approx. 45 Herald residents. The Herald Fire Department was kind to give the space for free. We spent monies on outreach materials breakfast materials and postage and so on. Thank you
