Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. Roar Army Inc exists to spread the gospel message. We primarily supported two ministries in Uganda including an orphanage for which we provided food, clothes and a car, and a second ministry concerned with teaching farming. We provided money for seed, equipment and to pay workers.
  2. Roar Army Inc also supports a ministry in Pakistan under Asfand Bhatti. We have been paying off the debt of families who took out predatory loans and are not caught in lifelong servitude making bricks to pay back the debt. We have also helped to acquire a building to provide housing for orphans.
