Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- To Whom It May Concern, We respectfully submit this explanation regarding the delayed filing of our Form 990-EZ. The delay was primarily due to a lack of adequate legal guidance during a transitional period in our organization's operations. Without access to proper counsel, we were unaware of certain filing requirements and deadlines, which unfortunately led to the late submission. We take full responsibility for the oversight and have since taken proactive steps to ensure compliance moving forward, including securing qualified legal and financial advisors to guide our regulatory obligations. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to maintaining full transparency and compliance with IRS requirements. Sincerely
