This simple yet meaningful act aims to restore dignity, offer comfort, and provide a stronger start as patients transition back into the community. Its not only helpful, its the ethical thing to do to prepare patients who are experiencing homelessness or displacement with weather-appropriate clothing before discharging them, said Annelli Redlin, Director of Case Management. The initiative is already seeing incredible momentum thanks to the generosity of our associates and leadership. I am excited to be a leader for this initiative. Im already seeing an outpouring of generosity from the associates at our organization, shared Tracy Gordon, Administrative Director of Quality Management. Outfitting Hope is not just about clothingits about advancing health equity, aligning directly with our mission to care for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. This initiative also helps our organization address health equity issues, which are essential to our mission, said Donna Penanueva-Baciles, Manager of Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance.
