Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (3)
- $28,957 spent. The Club collaborates with the South Pasadena Educational Foundation to deliver Chinese language classes to elementary and middle school students. Additionally it offers homework assistance to students enrolled in the South Pasadena Unified School Districts Chinese dual immersion program. The program serves a diverse group of 80-120 students providing valuable educational support and cultural enrichment.
- $32,500 spent. The clubs provide grants to all five South Pasadena public school teachers and scholarships for high school students. We believe that approximately 4,000 students in the entire school district benefit from our grants and scholarships. Additionally we have partnered with SPUSD for a student exchange program.
- $6,346 spent. The nonprofit hosts various cultural events including a Chinese New Year luncheon Moon Festival celebration and 4th of July food booth all offered free of charge to the community.
