OPERATIONS BEGAN IN JANUARY 1983. THE PROJECT IS REGULATED UNDER A HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD), INCLUDING RENT CHANGES, OPERATING METHODS, AND OTHER MATTERS. ON JUNE 30, 2023, THE NET ASSETS OF THE PROPERTY WERE CONTRIBUTED TO A RELATED ORGANIZATION IN A JOINT VENTURE WITH A RELATED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION.
