Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $107,096 spent. For many years, the Organization provided services to children and families transitioning out of homelessness and poverty. In addition, the Organization operated residential facilities for youth in need of assistance and supervision, offering a supportive living environment for at-risk youth. The program provided an average of 950 beds per month across facilities in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County. In 2024, the Organization decided to discontinue the program due to the high cost of operations and damage to rental properties caused by residents. We are currently exploring new opportunities to continue fulfilling our charitable mission, which has guided our work for the past 93 years.
