Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $1.3 million spent. SAFE AT HOME- We repaired over 100 houses in the fiscal year and reached more than 100 homes, with roughly a dozen of them being more than $40,000 per home. Two homes received renovations that included the creation of rental housing for additional income and a caregiver respectively.
  2. $330,849 spent. COMMUNITY FACILITY IMPROVEMENT- Six community facilities served this year, two of the programs made major renovations (in excess of $250,000 per project) to completely redevelop sites like the aquatic park renovation and the two-story external staircase and deck system for RLAND CLT.
  3. Big Skills - Workforce Development Program that trains young individuals in the construction trade. Additionally, production of model homes allows RTEBN to add income generation opportunities for our homeowners (in addition to preservation) and adds housing stock for the housing departments that we already have a relationship with.
