Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

- Pool Committee has been working on an agreement with the YMCA which requires some new architectural design to meet YMCAs requirements. This agreement was signed in 2009. All of 2010 through 2012 was consumed with the permit process which required the Committee to purchase additional land on which to build the facility. This was accoumplished in 2013 and the fundraising began. In 2014, decided to build the public facility first and add the swimming pool later. Covid slowed everything down and everything is on hold, including fundraising. In 2022, YMCA backed out of the agreement due to lack of ability to raise enough funds for the project. Now looking for a new partner or the possibility of selling the land, paying off the debt and giving the balance to a 501(c)(3) active in Woodland, Washington.
