Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $78,128 spent. Primary program service: Vintage Flyers, Inc. is a member-owned 501(c)(7) social and recreational flying club. Its sole program service is to provide its approximately 20 members with safe, affordable, and convenient access to two club-owned aircraft (1972 Cessna 172M N20858 and Piper PA-28-180 Archer N2565U) for personal flying, training, proficiency, and recreational purposes. During 2025 the club: 1) Maintained both aircraft in full FAA airworthy condition, including all required inspections, airframe and engine maintenance, and major repairs (both engines are at or beyond TBO). 2) Provided members with aircraft scheduling, flight-hour billing, and insurance coverage. 3) Managed hangar facilities, fuel, property taxes, and all operational expenses so members could fly at cost. 4) Facilitated social and recreational aviation activities exclusively for members and their guests. All activities are funded by member dues, flight-hour charges, and minor assessments. No services are provided to the general public.
