DEFEND MEMBERS AND OUR CONTRACT AGAINST APPARENT BREACHES OF CONTRACT TERMS BY FOLLOWING A WELL-DEFINED GRIEVANCE PROCESS. THE GRIEVANCE PROCESS UTILIZES THE SERVICES OF ELECTED STEWARDS, THE CHIEF STEWARD, AND LEGAL COUNSEL WHEN NEEDED.
