Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This return does not answer enough of the governance questions to score.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $131,239 spent. The Sausalito Womans Clubhouse is on the national Register of Historic Places. It was designed by Julia Morgan and built in 1918. It is a wonderful meeting place for the community, and the club hosted Docent Tours for people interested in the buildings architecture and history, several weddings, local theater and poetry events. The building is now 100 years old and many club members focus on maintaining the clubhouse for the benefit of the club members and the community.
  2. $12,907 spent. The Club supports the community and makes grants for education, health, welfare and the environment. Each month we give small grants to needy organizations and have a committee evaluating local needs, including, soup kitchens, faith-based churches, and children of incarcerated parents. (All grants less than $5,000 per recipient.)
