Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Training of faculty members (20) will be complete in 2026 and training of healthcare professionals across Uganda will begin in late 2026 and 2027.
  3. $10,000 spent. Partnership established with Nurses Christian Fellowship International (NCFI) after conferences and meetings in Singapore, Spain, and South Korea. Beginning in 2026, NCFI will use COGI curriculum and methods to train nurses in all its chapters around the world.

  5. $8,000 spent. Partnerships with churches in Idaho, Indiana, Virginia, and New Jersey were initiated in 2025. These are dual purpose in terms of utilizing training materials and methods to train healthcare professionals and also to make Christians aware of COGI and its mission securing prayer and financial support.
  6. $4,000 spent. The Board completed a 3 year vision and action plan for COGI in June. This enabled a focused plan for advancing the mission/ministry of COGI, developing needed infrastructure and technology, and establish a clear partnership development and engagement process.
