Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $6,584 spent. With the help of local artists and 15 volunteers, we offered free community art sessions at large-scale events, such as festivals at the El Paso Museum of Archaeology and El Paso Museum of History. We also had free programs at local libraries and public schools. Approximately 1500 people participated and made art with us.
- $2,000 spent. With the help of 20 volunteers, we worked in local homeless shelters to provide free literacy and art instruction. Every session was thematic and included a read aloud, discussion, and paired art activity. We served about 300 at-risk youth through this program.
- $550 spent. At all of our events, we gave away books for free to increase access to literature. These books were either donated to us by other organizations or individuals, or they were purchased from discount book offerings and locations. We gave away 500+ books to event attendees.
