What it says it does
The Billerica Christmas Parade is an annual tradition for all families to enjoy. This family friendly event has themed floats, costumes, music, treats, and SANTA! Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
