Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $8,059 spent. Implemented a dues billing process for members without emails. The initial phase involved sending a mass mailing to over 6000 eligible members in the first year. The mailing included details about the new UCT North America and offered an alternative method to renew membership by check.
- $4,255 spent. Established UCT North America online for Identity Communication and Sharing Activities. In our first full year as a 501c10 our focus was creating a new organization for our subordinate lodges councils to continue local charitable activities and support community charities upholding the UCT legacy. UCT North America operates solely with volunteers lacking a Home Office and paid staff. The UCTNorthAmerica.org website developed on the Club Express platform serves as our central communication hub. It provides each council with a dedicated website a newsletter module a platform for event postings and photo sharing capabilities. To streamline membership renewals and facilitate local and regional dues distribution an online payment module was integrated into the website. This feature allows for online dues payment with funds directly deposited into the respective bank accounts of local and regional councils.
- $3,050 spent. To enhance the websites offerings a ZOOM subscription platform was introduced. This facilitated centralized phone numbers and enabled online participation in board committee and annual convention meetings from members homes regardless of their location.
