Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $143,485 spent. NCIIF performed extensive research to determine the priorities of critical demographic groups residing in the state and how the public views the overall effectiveness of their elected leaders in meeting those priorities. The research included voters knowledge of the voting process and recent changes to North Carolina Elections laws.
  2. $1.8 million spent. In 2025, NCIIF conducted limited research through focus groups with North Carolina voters to better understand their general knowledge of North Carolina voting laws, their media viewing habits and their overall attitudes towards emerging issues at the state and federal level. NCIIF did not conduct any mass communication with voters during 2025. The primary focus was on research and resource development for additional financial support.
