Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

People came away from the event saying they felt healing from a wound they did not know they were carrying.
  2. $57,629 spent. Form 990 EZ, Part III, Line (28-31). Our mental health program treated 72 clients in a total of 438 client encounters. Of those client, encounters, 43.4% of them received some form of charitable assistance to cover the costs of their care. Over the year our clients' average PHQ-9 depression scores moved from an average of moderate (13.2) to mild (5.2) and their GAD 7 anxiety scores moved from moderate (12.3) to mild (4.3). Some of the ripple effects that our clients have reported experincing when they have received care from us include: improved academic performance, less missed days of work and better work performance, more enjoyment from every day activities, restoration of relationships with family members, reduction and/or cessation from substance use, improved physical health, and being able to advance towards housing security.
