Programs described in its return (1)
- $96,682 spent. IN 2025 THE TAYLOR COUNTY FIRST RESPONDERS ADDED 10 FIRST RESPONDERS TO OUR ROSTER. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FOR ALL OF THEM TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO OUR CITIZENS OF TAYLOR COUNTY. THIS WAS DONE WITH DHS STATE FAP FUNDING. THIS ALLOWS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL RESPONDER THE ABILITY TO CARRY THEIR EQUIPMENT IN THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLE MAKING IT EASIER FOR THEM TO REPOND TO ENERGENCIES AS THEY ARISE. WE WERE ALSO FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO OBTAIN A LOCAL GRANT THAT ALLOWED US TO PURCHASE 20 MOTOROLA RADIOS FOR ALL OF THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDERS.
