What it says it does
The overall purpose of EthanAlmightys Blessings is to improve the lives of animals. We accomplish this in three ways. First we provide funding for medical and nutritional assistance for pets whose owners who are unable to afford that level of care who would otherwise have to surrender the pet to an animal welfare agency. Our goal is to keep the pet in their home where they are likely to have better outcomes and reduce overcrowding in shelters. Second we sponsor spay neuter clinics for the public and in local shelters in our area also helping to reduce overcrowded shelters. Third we campaigned and were successful in getting legislation passed in Kentucky that upgraded charges from a misdemeanor to a felony for animal cruelty. Since this has passed our efforts have turned to educating the public particularly county prosecutors and law enforcement ensuring that appropriate charges are being brought against violators. We are frequent visitors in court for these proceedings.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $53,772 spent. EthanAlmightys Blessings helped 92 animals with medical nutritional assistance in exceptional circumstances where their owners were short on the financial resources to provide that level of care on their own. This allowed the pet to stay and heal with their families instead of being turned over to local animal welfare agencies to try to find care and then rehome.
- $13,403 spent. EthanAlmightys Blessings held Spay Neuter clinics for the public at large and also sponsored multiple spay neuter clinics in local shelters for animals before they were adopted out. 252 dogs received these services in an effort to make their lives better and to reduce shelter overcrowding.
- $65,955 spent. Ethans Law as is it now known which upgraded possible penalties for animal cruelty to a felony from a misdemeanor was passed in July 2024. Work has now turned to making the public aware particularly prosecutors charging the abusers and law enforcement. While increased penalties have possibly saved countless animals from harm our local and national campaigns in abuse cases have resulted in felony charges being brought against many perpetrators. Jeff and Debbie particularly have traveled to courtrooms across the state have posted news frequently to EthanAlmighty social media and regularly podcast about these cases. In 2025 104 cases have been spotlighted through these channels resulting in public awareness and more criminal charges.
