Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $252,908 spent. Every week, we teach 27 group lessons of 4-5 students each. We have 14 horses, 5 instructors, and about 90 students. The program's objective is to provide access to horses and horseback riding for those who normally could not afford it. This is done through a sliding scale of 5 tiers, the lowest being that the student pays nothing and volunteers in exchange for riding lessons. The activity also fosters community, inspires exercising outdoors, and gives the deep psychological benefit of relationships with animals.
