Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $529 spent. Meals For Music provided healthy, nourishing meals for approximately 60 touring musicians at 5 separate events in 2025. Beyond helping out financially for independent artists on tight budgets, nourishing meals can go a long way in providing comfort and encouragements when musicians are far from home. Despite our efforts, donations were not as plentiful in 2025. Meals given to musicians: $59 - Tipps and Obermiller, $29 - Joan Silver, $32 - Melissa Engleman, $244 - Tour For Life, $165 - Make Music Day Fairfield
