Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. Through a structured and nurturing learning environment, HCA integrates biblical truth across all subject areas while maintaining high academic standards in literacy, mathematics, science, history, fine arts, and physical education. Students are equipped not only with foundational academic skills, but also with critical thinking abilities, servant leadership principles, and a biblical worldview that prepares them to impact their communities with integrity and compassion. During the 20242025 reporting year, Heart of Christ Academy provided educational services to 28 students, offering a comprehensive program that combined academic instruction, biblical discipleship, enrichment activities, and community-centered events designed to support both students and their families. The school maintains intentionally low student-to-teacher ratios, enabling personalized learning, meaningful mentorship, and focused character development within the classroom setting. Through regular chapel gatherings, the integration of Scripture across subject areas, student service initiatives, and intentional family involvement, HCA cultivates spiritual maturity, ethical leadership, and community awareness. Additionally, as resources permit, the school offers tuition assistance and scholarship support to help broaden access to Christ-centered education, thereby extending its positive influence within the surrounding community. Finally, in 2025, Heart of Christ Academy became a certified University-Model school with an accreditation through COGNIA, which further exemplifies HCA's commitment to excellence in education.
