Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $2,218 spent. A.In 2024, Cordon Housing focused on laying the essential groundwork to expand affordable housing opportunities for veterans. While no new housing communities were completed during the year, we made significant progress by building a robust pipeline of projects totaling 126 affordable apartment units, including 69 units specifically designated to support veterans. B.Throughout the year, we submitted multiple funding applications and were successful in securing financial commitments for the development of two veteran-focused communities within this pipeline. These achievements represent critical milestones toward advancing our mission, although actual closings and construction activities are scheduled for future years beyond 2024. C.Beyond development efforts, Cordon Housing coordinated closely with financing partners, government agencies, and private developers to ensure that once these communities are built, veterans residing in them will have access to comprehensive life navigation services. These services are designed to promote stability, wellbeing, and long-term success for veteran residents. D. By strengthening partnerships and advancing funding opportunities, we continue to elevate veteran housing as a priority in the affordable housing landscape. Our ongoing efforts ensure that housing solutions are not only affordable but also provide the supportive services veterans need to heal, grow, and thrive.
