Programs described in its return (3)
- Helped to Co-found another non-profit organization that recruits youth mentors and deploys them to existing organizations so that at-risk youth can have the individual mentorship needed to succeed. This follows the collective impact model which is at the core of the organization's mission. Recruited 35 Mentors.
- Co-led Unify Dayton, a collaborative city-network that transforms the city as a network of networks. Organized and hosted a Leaders' Summit and a Network Leaders' Retreat to equip and train network leaders. Wrote a 55 page Network Leaders' Playbook to equip network leaders.
- Helped to catalyze and launch multiple networks around causes and workplace wellness. One example is the creation of a network and community for older adults to re-imagine retirement. Together, they help each other serve their families, each other, the community, and the industry they came from. This helps increase legacy.
