Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $186,018 spent. Our club spent $186,018 on a Special Project to rebuild local Ester Dome Single Track mountain biking trails. We hired a contractor ("Happy Trails LLC") to perform the rebuild of the trails which was done with hand tools and machinery. We estimate that a few hundred people benefited from this project. Trails are open to non-members.
  2. $10,611 spent. We spent $10,611 on our annual bike swap (includes supplies, payment out to people who had bikes sold). This is one of our annual fundraisers. This event is open to non-members. We estimate that about 300 people benefited from this.
  3. $4,299 spent. We spent $4,299 on third party fees which includes website hosting and membership platform fees. These benefit all our programs which include our year-round weekly and one-off rides. These are open to and benefit our approximately 240 members.
