- $16,500 spent. Concert Series: Our annual concert series features concerts of sacred, jazz, chamber music, and new music. Concerts are performed by our Bravo! Northwest Choir, Northwest Chamber Orchestra, jazz musicians, and classical soloists. The concerts are held in various venues in Vancouver, Washington, Portland, Oregon, and other local communities. Concerts are subscription based, and are for all ages. Students age 18 and younger are free. Annually we perform 3 to 5 concerts a year from December through June, with rehearsals taking place from October through June. We serve our subscribers, attendees, students, professional musicians, and amateur musicians. Aproximately 600-900 people are served with our concert series each year.
- $3,000 spent. Concerts For Kids: This is a program where we bring professional musicians into elementary school classrooms to educate, work with students and classroom music teachers, and perform concerts with students participating in the programs. It provides an opportunity for elementary school kids to learn about jazz and classical music, to learn about various instruments, to meet professional musicians, and to perform music with professional musicians in a school concert. Approximately 1,000 students are served with this program.
- $122,296 spent. Vancouver Wine & Jazz Festival: Our annual jazz festival is currently one of our largest programs. This is a cultural arts / jazz festival which features nationally acclaimed and GRAMMY-winning jazz, blues, gospel, and roots musicians; Northwest wines; fine artists and crafters; local restaurants; other nonprofit organizations; and various exhibitors. The Festival attracts visitors from throughout the Pacific Northwest, and from around the country. It is a 3-day festival which takes place the fourth week of August each year. Approximately 4-6,000 people attend the Festival each year to experience world-class jazz and blues, fine arts, and community.
