Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (4)
  1. $2,150 spent. Education: Executed programs that supported student achievement and educator readiness to include engaging 135 students in a Fall Literacy Contest that rewarded growth in reading comprehension, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills through an online literacy platform; providing more than 75 supply kits to new teachers to help them establish well equipped classrooms; and strengthening middle school students' writing and presentation skills through an essay contest with over 50 participants and three winners, along with additional enrichment activities such as Math Night gift card incentives and classroom book donations.
  2. $3,237 spent. Outreach: Strengthened community well being through a range of outreach initiatives, including providing birthday gifts for youth in foster care, supporting She Rises Inc. Mommy Closet with essential resources to include diapers, wipe, and formula and coordinating an Adopt A Family program to assist households in need during the holidays. Additional service activities included participating in Christmas in April home repair efforts, supplying food and hygiene items to men's shelters, maintaining local roadways through Adopt A Highway cleanups, and organizing a FunPack snack drive to ensure children had access to nutritious snacks.
  3. $100 spent. Social Activism: Advanced social activism by promoting civic engagement through National Voter Registration initiatives, hosting a Judicial Education Forum to increase community understanding of the legal system, and delivering human trafficking awareness webinars to equip participants with knowledge on prevention and intervention. Additionally, the program strengthened its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion social justice pillar by fostering dialogue, education, and advocacy efforts aimed at creating more equitable and inclusive communities.
  4. Health Equity: Executed programs that advanced health equity by providing community education on key health initiatives, supporting a local college's Nutrition Lounge with non perishable food donations to reduce food insecurity, and supplying a local high school hygiene closet with essential menstrual products. The program further promoted awareness, prevention, and intervention through multiple webinars and in person presentations that informed individuals about health risks, encouraged preventive practices such as screenings and healthy habits, and offered guidance on illness management, chronic disease impact reduction, and rehabilitation. Additionally, partnered with a local civic organization to host a Red Cross blood drive in which more than 30 individuals were vetted and donated blood.
