Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

- Annually donations are made to this endowment fund, primarily from Rotary Club Members. However, periodically major fund drives are made to add to the endowment which results in higher donations during those years. The Sherwood Trust, a private foundation, has made matching grants to encourage donations. These large donations tip the calculation of public support to less than the 33-1/3% that is required. The Rotary Club board members, which also govern the Don Sherwood Endowment Charitable Trust, is voted on by over 200 Rotary members, thus broadly representing the community and general public. Thus the organization believes it meets the facts and circumstances test.
