Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $49,195 spent. Our organization's mission is to build Community by providing a place to engage with local farmers, producers, and artisans. As a member of the Washington State Farmers Market Association, we do this while maintaining a minimum number of farmers, and keeping a balanced slate of vendors who all grow or make their products here in Washington. For the 2024 season we held 22 Saturday Markets and 1 Holiday Market in Woodinville, WA, supporting a roster of 120 vendors where each week we had an average of 37 featured. Our event was attended by almost 23,000 customers, who spent a total of over $490,000 with our small, local businesses. We facilitated federal and state food access spending of $2,575, and offered an additional $830 from our own accounting. We provided community connection by hosting a nonprofit booth each week for local and mission-aligned organizations, and programming such as live music, a kids activity, and chef demos.
