Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. Spring and Fall Camps: This is an overnight field trip for the whole school. It's a two-day experience for outdoor school and community building. Students (and family members who attend camp) sleep in cabins, go to nature classes, take hikes and sculpt clay from the riverbanks. While the school staff are responsible for the curriculum during the camp, parent volunteers help with many aspects of camp, such as cooking, monitoring the campfire, leading free choice activities, and helping with the talent show.
  2. Educational support and enrichment for all students. Support includes classroom supplies, grade band specific enrichment. We also provide financial support for all classes to go on one field trip per month and supplement the STEAM education and TSA for our middle school.
