ANY CHILD IN WASHINGTON STATE WITH AN OCCUPATION OR PHYSICAL THERAPY PRESCRIPTION FOR TREATMENT IS ELIGIBLE, HOWEVER ONLY THE MOST CRITICALLY IN NEED CAN BE ACCEPTED INTO THE THERAPEUTIC PROGRAM. PUYALLUP ELKS LODGE 1450 RAISES FUNDS THROUGH VARIOUS FUNDRAISERS AND EVENTS AND CONTRIBUTES FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THIS IMPORTANT PROGRAM.
