Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Presenters included: Scott Miller "Lessons learned through shared wisdom: intergenerational initiatives at Garden Spot Village", Lily Vittayarukskul, "The Future of Care Management with AI-Powered Long Term Care Planning", Sharon Eyster, "What's New? Are you ready for the CMS regulatory and surveyor guidance changes?", Mary Helen McSweeney-Feld "Health Equity and Population Health: New Horizons for Long-Term Care Facilities", and Lori Dierolf "Surviving that Toxic Co-Worker!". We had over 20 professionals across Pennsylvania attend this event both members and non-members of the PA Chapter.
