Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $165,417 spent. FINANCIAL INCLUSION: ESTABLISHING A PROGRAM TO ENSURE THAT CHILDREN FACING ECONOMIC CHALLENGES COULD PARTICIPATE IN CARSON CITY LITTLE LEAGUE ACTIVITIES WITHOUT THE BURDEN OF PARTICIPATION FEES, GEAR AND UNIFORM EXPENSES.
  2. MENTORSHIP AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT: IMPLEMENTING MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS THAT FOCUSED ON BUILDING CHARACTER, PROMOTING SPORTSMANSHIP, AND INSTILLING LIFE SKILLS AMONG PARTICIPANTS. THIS CONTRIBUTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF UPSTANDING YOUNG ADULTS WHOSE POSITIVE INFLUENCE EXTENDED BEYOND THE SPORTING FIELD.
  3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENTS: ORGANIZING VARIOUS COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENTS, SUCH AS FUNDRAISERS, TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF OUR COMMUNITY. THESE EVENTS NOT ONLY SUPPORTED OUR MISSION FINANCIALLY BUT ALSO PROMOTED UNITY AND INCLUSIVITY.
