What it says it does

This foundation was formed after the passing of our dear friend wife and daughter Cassie Johnson Tidwell from breast cancer in March of 2022. This foundation has three specific goals: 1.We give local cancer patients and their families the opportunity spend some time away fromcancer and enjoy a retreat at Pickwick Lake in Tennessee. Through donations of individuals and local businesses we cover the all the expenses for patients to enjoy all that this beautiful place has to offer. 2. Our organization works with both Darryl Worley and West Cancer Centers to identify patients with financial needs and offerresources to those individuals while undergoing treatment. 3. We support other organizations that positively impact the life of cancer patients.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
