Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- $30,000 spent. Name of Program: Community Engagement We have served more than 100 nonprofits in our region through workshops throughout the year featuring trainers and speakers who are expert in our communitys issues strategies that work and formats that are engaging and memorable. Our members are leaders who collectively develop their capacity to respond positively and proactively individually and in cohorts as feasible. They regularly provide great feedback throughout the year regarding what theyve learned how they will improve their programs as well as recommendations for us to further strengthen our presentations and training. We recruit and provide stipends to local experts e.g local reporters people most impacted by the issues at hand and people who are the most involved in finding developing and implementing good solutions to the most pressing challenges. This next year we will provide at least two workshops in each of our five supervisorial districts with both in person and zoom options available for both trainers and nonprofit leaders. We are creating a formal follow up process both in short term regarding the training and then in a longer format regarding the continuing impact and ideas for further improvements to our program as well as ideas for further collaboration. At least one of our programs this coming year will focus on how to develop greater integration with the wisdom and experience of our colleagues in the private sector public sector and the school systems for the greatest possible outcomes in the years ahead. All the progress we have made in the past several years are now helping us have much greater overall reach and impact.
