What it says it does

The educational and charitable purpose of BIPOC Foodways Alliance is to document and disseminate learned histories of cultural food and culinary traditions in order to share the unheard and underrepresented stories of persons including women of color, elders, immigrants, and other historically marginalized individuals. The programs help eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and create unity and empathy between cultures by sharing and recording food stories that have deep cultural legacies attached to them.
