Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- $37,360 spent. The ISC is the sponsor for a multiple employer plan for member schools. Annual member fees are paid by schools and participants pay quarterly fees based on investment balances
- $26,060 spent. The ISC provides consolidated purchasing for select classroom resources at discounted prices. Some vendors require a consoliated order. In those cases we collect the fees from schools for that order and submit the total collected to the vendor. For other vendors we refer schools to the vendor for a discount as a member of the ISC and the school pays the vendor directly. Consolidated purchasing is a cost saving service for schools and not a profit center.
