Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. The Cambodian Childrens Fund Endowment was established to grow investment portfolios and utilize the returns to exclusively support the activities of the Cambodian Childrens Fund (CCF) whenever funding needs arise. This initiative is a cornerstone of CCFs strategy to ensure long-term financial sustainability. Additionally, we have successfully engaged donors to contribute to this endeavor, further strengthening CCFs fiscal resilience. The Endowments 2024 performance exceeded expectations, delivering a 9.95% return on investmentsurpassing the projected 6%. Since its inception in 2023, the annualized return stands at an impressive 10.5%.The Investment Committee and the board are satisfied with the portfolios performance relative to its risk profile and recommends maintaining the current allocations. They will continue to review the strategy alongside market conditions to determine if adjustments are warranted. In 2025, with an anticipated additional $2M allocation from CCFpart of an informal matching donationthe portfolio is expected to reach the $25M threshold. This milestone will qualify the endowment as a "Qualified Purchaser," unlocking access to premium alternative investment opportunities typically reserved for accredited investors, including evergreen vehicles.
