Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- Our President and Vice President attended classes and renewed certification for Weather Spotters by the National Weather Service to become part of the counties' emergency response team.
- We re-fenced problem areas with barbless wire, T-posts, and polytape electric fencing that had grown unsafe due to severe weather conditions or general wear and tear.
- We participated in aiding an elderly local with their cat overpopulation by transporting their cats to the local TNR, and arranging for kittens and cats over their city limit to be transferred to a cat rescue and adopted out.
- We helped locals find farriers for their horses so they wouldn't have to surrender their horses due to neglect.
- We adopted one horse out and sent another to a long-term foster for training and socialization.
- We advised a local on how to obtain a public grant that assists with end -of-life costs to help euthanize their elderly horse rather than send it to slaughter or auction.
