Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $22,520 spent. In 2024 the Scott Watkins Memorial Golf Foundation hosted its annual memorial golf outing in Frankenmuth Michigan bringing together family friends and community members to honor Scotts legacy and support youth golf initiatives. Through this event the Foundation raised approximately $20,000 to fund junior golf programs across Michigan including Youth on Course and other local scholarship efforts. In addition the Foundation received a private donor contribution to further expand its charitable reach. These efforts help make the game of golf more accessible to young players by reducing financial barriers and promoting personal growth sportsmanship and community engagement among youth participants.
