Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (2)
- $7,500 spent. A free public concert series in one of Newport's historic parks. The concerts were put on by local community bands, and each had an audience of about 150 to 200 people of all ages and backgrounds.
- $60,000 spent. We collaborated with three local nonprofits to highlight their musical history. We worked with the Fort Adams Trust and the Friends of the Island Cemetery, both nonprofits to explore the musicians buried in the cemeteries. We collaborated with the Preservation Society of Newport County, another nonprofit to present musical programs, including a childrens concert.
