THESE INITIATIVES COMBINED EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING WITH NATURE EXPLORATION, HELPING PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP CONFIDENCE, TEAMWORK, AND A DEEP CONNECTION TO THE NATURAL WORLD. MORE THAN 60% CAME FROM RURAL OR QUECHUA-SPEAKING BACKGROUNDS. EVALUATIONS SHOWED THAT 95% OF PARTICIPANTS FELT MORE CAPABLE, CONNECTED, AND INSPIRED TO CONTINUE LEARNING THROUGH VALLEY CAMP'S PROGRAMS, REINFORCING THE ORGANIZATION'S ROLE AS A REGIONAL LEADER IN OUTDOOR AND INTERCULTURAL EDUCATION.
