Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $86,437 spent. 2024 was our second full year of services and programming. Our objectives for 2024 were to sustain revenue to fund all our primary programs (including costs for one full-time employee and the incorporation of a new HRA benefit program). Our longer-term goal to discover the strongest needs of the community, and to shape our programs accordingly, was most impacted by increasing interest in supervision services, as well as community demand for expertise in neurodiversity and how to cope in a polarizing time in America. We continued to offer differing programs targeting these identified community populations and used this to evaluate the community need. Therapy Services: The largest and primary program (Art Psychotherapy services) continued to grow in 2024 from 32 clients and 672 sessions in 2023 to 33 clients and a total of 733 sessions. Consultations: Our second largest activity is our Consultations Program. In 2024, we increased our facilitation and participation in one-on-one, peer-to-peer and peer-to-specialist consultations. We continued to facilitate and participate in peer consultation groups (including Arboretum Professional Building Therapists, Capitol Hill Expressive Arts Therapists, Antioch Alumni Art Therapists, Therapy Certifications & Trainings Study Group, and Healthcare Provider Consultations Outreach). When offered by our organization alone, these groups and consultations were again provided at no charge, allowing dozens of therapists to share valuable training and insights with each other. Therapist Supervision: The third program (Supervision-based services) also saw success. Our lower-cost supervision offerings to cohorts of post-graduate art therapists seeking national accreditation remained steady, and saw graduation from the program leading to licensure for 3 supervisees, the same number as in 2023.
